RECRUITING PROCESS

The decades old method of newspaper ads has been superseded by an Internet based medium. Many employers and search firms center their recruiting process on this newer form of advertising, but the concept is the same. And quite often so are the results.

If advertising succeeded, Headhunters would not exist. Why should we duplicate a method that can easily be utilized by our clients?

The truth is that many talented technologists do not answer ads. The best technologists excel at their jobs, and therefore employers are motivated to keep them happy. However at some point or time in a professional’s tenure, there is a roadblock to success. We want to be there when it happens.

The BMW Group centers its process on research, recruiting and networking. Our approach is the same as taken by executive and retainer search firms because we understand your need to find the best.
We are constantly in touch with viable candidates, not hoping they read and respond to an advertisement. Our daily effort is focused on locating and contacting an ever-growing list of technology professionals.

In addition to taking a lead role in direct contact, we have built a vast network. Many candidates come to us through referrals from people we have placed, or from people who simply know of us. While we are willing to appropriately thank people who have helped in the placement process, it is a source of pride that professionals have a high regard for our abilities, enough of which to refer their friends and relatives.

As a firm, we have succeeded while experiencing an evolution in computer topography, the emergence of a new industry, and a dramatic shift in corporate culture. We will continue to adapt and grow in accordance to the needs and changes of our clients.
